Receptionist/Sales Assistant

About the Job
We are a rapidly growing tech, sales, and marketing company seeking an energetic and professional Receptionist/Sales Assistant. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our office operations and will often be the first point of contact for our customers and clients. In addition, they will also support our sales team with various tasks, helping us continue to drive growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming and professional manner, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Assist with scheduling and planning meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads, closing sales, maintaining client relationships, and other related tasks.
  • Prepare sales-related documents and presentations.
  • Follow up with clients and potential clients, providing any necessary information and assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Remain knowledgeable about our products and services to facilitate sales efforts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or sales assistant role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, phones, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in the tech industry or a sales and marketing environment is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
